International Shipping

International orders over $150 will enjoy complimentary Express Shipping.

For orders under $150, the applicable shipping charges will be included in your order at checkout. You will also be responsible for any customs, duties and taxes that may be imposed upon the shipment arriving in the selected country.

Once posted, we have no control over how long your order takes to arrive.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We try to deliver you the absolute best products we can, however we understand at times there will be issues.
We have a 14 day return policy for faulty or damaged items. To be eligible for a return your item must not be washed or worn, it MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in it's original packaging with tags. We will aim to replace the item, however if it is out of stock or discontinued, we will arrange a refund.

Please Note: We do not exchange, return or refund ‘final sale’ or ‘clearance’ items; they are all final sales.
Incorrect address or returned parcels
If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.
